Riserva San Massimo paid a tribute to its own Autentico Carnaroli rice at this years event and the earnings of all the sold risotti was given to the lombardic section of anlaids.

The Riserva San Massimo thanks all the chefs that participated in Identità Golose and Winelove. With their talent they determined the success of this event.

The presented risotti, cooked with autentico Carnaroli rice from Riserva San Massimo, can be defined as authentic masterpieces for their taste as for the originality of the used ingredients.

Another big thank you to the guests for their participation and the numerous demonstrations of valuation of our Carnaroli rice.
