Identità Golose – Milan 2012

The agricultural enterprise Riserva San Massimo will be present throughout the whole event with a booth, preparing a different risotto each day for tasting.

The big culinary event “Identità Golose” is around the corner and during the fair many excellent and international chefs present their delicacies in various tastings of italian culinary products. Ris e Fasö by chef Fabrizio Ferrari from Roofgarden restaurant (1 Michelin-star) in Bergamo

Monday, 6th February, 11:30

Creamed risotto with caprino erborinato cheese and a “secret ingredient” by chef Matteo Fossati of Il Guscio di Monza restaurant.

Monday, 6th February, 13:30

Risotto with Lodigiano tipico cheese and a Barbera dell’oltre Po reduction by chef Cesare Battisti from Ratanà restaurant in Milan.
