Identità Golose – Milan 2018

After 6 years from its last participation to Identità Golose, Riserva San Massimo is back to the chefs congress with more certainties and weight but sticking to its classic Authentic Carnaroli – white and whole grain – which has increasingly become the choice of restaurants keen on quality and on the Human Factor, theme of the current edition.

The Human Factor is the the passion that pushes Riserva San Massimo to always look for the best quality, from the field to delivery in its tight relation with chefs.  It is in fact its close relationship that delivers top unique recipes.  In this edition 2018, we shall take the Human Factor to reality by hosting numerous chefs who will have the opportunity to cook a single Risotto.  Our Carnaroli will take the form of different Risottos from diverse cultures and cooking styles which you will have a chance to enjoy by passing often by our stand.
